GAS-TIGHT LED LUMINAIRE – LUGANO
Special atmospheres require special precautions. In drinking water tanks and underground mining, as well as animal husbandry, the requirements for lighting are particularly high. The effect of high humidity or gases such as ammonia or chlorine depends on the environment.
Even very high protection classes such as IP69K or IP68 are sometimes not sufficient to protect luminaires from damage. For these very tough cases, a gas-tight LED luminaire like our LUGANO is the right choice: Encapsulated end caps ensure that moisture and gases have a particularly hard time.
Sometimes "just" waterproof is not enough
Changing temperatures and high humidity can cause luminaires to mist up from the inside or the electronics to be chemically attacked and damaged by the prevailing atmosphere. A shortening of the life span or failures can be the result. Our LUGANO defies these challenges: As a gas-tight LED luminaire, LUGANO reliably provides light, even if the atmosphere places particularly high demands on the materials.
LUGANO is resistant to a variety of chemicals such as ammonia or chlorine.

As a gas-tight luminaire, our LUGANO withstands dirt, dust, gases, moisture and water jets and is also resistant to various aggressive atmospheres, making it particularly suitable for the following areas of application:

As a gas-tight LED luminaire, LUGANO provides reliable light. This is particularly important in areas with no natural lighting where good visibility depends on artificial light.

Particulary long service life
LUGANO is designed for especially difficult environments. Its service life is designed to be accordingly long: L80 B10 > 100,000 hours at +40 °C ambient temperature. In other words: With LUGANO, we offer an 8-year guarantee.
Dali by standard
The standard version of LUGANO is equipped with a DALI driver and has a 5 x 1.5 mm² connecting cables (mains: 3 x 1.5 mm², DALI: 2 x 1.5 mm²). Integration into a lighting control system is therefore possible without any need to chose further options.
Easily mounted
The enclosed polymer clamps promise quick and mounting and defy the environment and its challenges like the LUGANO itself.
