AREAS OF APPLICATION
Luminaire for integration into hand rails for emergency lighting according to DIN EN 60598-2-22, useable as tunnel safety lighting in railway stations and stairways or for path illumination.

HOUSING
Useable for indoor and outdoor areas according to protection rating IP 66. Resistant to pressurised water up to 1 m compliant with IP 68 protection rating, 1 m and impact resistance IK 09.

LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY
Lamp diffuser made of PC (fracture proof), clear.

ELECTRICAL VERSION
The operation of this luminaire requires a separate SELV, which is connected to the 230 V mains and supplies 24 V constant voltage (SK III).

MOUNTING
Installation using two latching retaining clips.

MEPPEN WITH MONITORING
The MEPPEN luminaire is also available in a monitoring version for connection to the INOTEC CLS emergency lighting system. Monitoring is carried out without an additional data cable via the 24 V supply line. Function and operating duration tests required in accordance with DIN EN 62034 have been carried out and recorded using the INOTEC CLS emergency lighting unit. Faults with destination information of the luminaire are displayed on the control unit of the CLS emergency lighting unit or forwarded to a higher-level monitoring system (PC software or website).
